1. Introduction
Welcome to Otter Dating ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Otter Dating website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Otter Dating and use the Service. By creating an account and using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

- You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract
- You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations
- You have not been convicted of a felony or indictable offense (or crime of similar severity), a sex crime, or any crime involving violence
- You are not required to register as a sex offender with any state, federal or local sex offender registry
3. Account Creation
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree not to disclose your authentication credentials to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Harass, abuse, or harm another person

5. Events and Bookings
Otter Dating offers speed dating events that users can book through the Service. By booking an event, you agree to:
- Arrive on time for the event
- Behave in a respectful and appropriate manner toward other participants
- Comply with any specific rules or guidelines for the event
- Pay any applicable fees for the event
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove participants from events at our discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Otter Dating and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Otter Dating.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Otter Dating, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
- Any content obtained from the Service
- Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
